Asian Snooker Championship title ends 17-years title drought for Pakistan

Pakistan's Hamza Akbar beat Pankaj Advani India 7-6 to bring a 17-years title drought of Asian Snooker Championship for Pakistan after a hotly contested final in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia on Thursday.

Hamza is the second Pakistani to win Asian Snooker title after Mohammad Yousuf's triumph in 1998.
