Pakistan successfully test-fires Shaheen-III SSM

According to a statement from Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Pakistan has conducted a successful test launch of the medium-range Shaheen-III surface-to-surface ballistic missile.

The Shaheen missile capable of carrying both conventional and nuclear warheads has a range of 2,750 kilometres.

The missile was tested with its impact point of the flight in the Arabian Sea, validating all the desired parameters.

Shaheen - III is a derivative of Shaheen-I / II missiles, both capable of carrying nuclear as well as conventional warheads to range of 900 km and 1500 km respectively.
