Horse meat found in Tesco burgers

While many a customer only shop at big stores satisfied with their standards ans purity of materials, sometimes one can get a shock of life for what one has been purchasing and eating.

This is what exactly happened when the shoppers of Tesco were told that the Tesco Burgers they have been purchasing and eating had 29% HORSE meat mixed in the beef.

And that is not all - Horse meat has also been found in Dunnes Stores, Lidl, Aldi beef products.

Although, the Supermarket had apologized after food watchdog's findings and removed the 'contaminated burgers, it is likely however that thousands have been eaten, with many more still stored in home freezers.

Marks & Spencer 'Simply M&S beefburgers' were the only brand found by the FSAI to contain neither pork nor horse and were 100 per cent beef.
